Hello there...

Kia ora, I'm Kris.
Originally hailing from a tiny village in Waikato, New Zealand, I now live the less tiny town of Warragul in Gippsland, Victoria.
I'm a mumma, movie buff, and your new bestie with a camera.
My journey photographing magical moments started back in 2020 during the Covid-19 lockdowns. Born out of sheer boredom, the need to find a reason to leave the house and keep myself busy has led to the formation of the most incredible community I have ever been a part of. I have had the honour of capturing so many momentous occasions and special moments, and I am eternally grateful for the individuals who have welcomed me into their lives and made me a part of their story.
Not to get too mushy, but this isn't just a "job", this is my greatest love and passion (other than my little dude).
I travel far and wide to capture incredible occasions.
If you are on the hunt for a photog who will hype you up, keep you calm, wrangle family, and share a whisky & coke with you at the end of the day– you've found the one, baby!

MOTHERHOOD
Is being a mum my whole personality? No. Is it a huge part of my life and identity and deserving of a mention here? ABSOLUTELY!
In June 2024 my partner and I welcomed our sweet boy, Parker, into the world. Like most mummas, I had never known a love like the love I have for my baby. He is my whole world.
I now understand the importance of capturing those early years as a family. I am so honoured to photograph the tiniest bubs to the wildest kiddos, and everything in-between. I'm a huge advocate for investing in photography, especially in the early years.
You'll never regret getting the photos done, but you'll regret missing out.

WIFEHOOD
My sidepiece and I tied the knot in February 2022 at the stunning Mewburn Park in Maffra.
Originally we had planned our wedding in Aotearoa, but unfortunately Covid lockdowns saw that entire plan get binned. It was a kick in the guts, but we wound up planning the most sensational day here in Gippsland, with my family Zooming in to watch the official bits.
So, I get it. I've been there. I've planned a whole wedding (twice) and experienced the highs and lows of making this special commitment to each other.
